Location - MISFITS Office, St. Paul, MN
In Attendance:

Post Mortems
- CONvergence Post Mortem
– We need soft shell flour and hard shell corn if we do that
again next year. Change the resume to include 8 chairs. Look
for someone to partner with next year to run the room.
Ideas for next year Different bases –
Arctic Base – Icees
Jungle Base –
Irish Base – Baked Potato Bar
Badge room and have different stickers each night.
Events
- Ice Cream Social -
Are the Yoders making ice cream. Batcave – 1 to 5 PM. Social
starting at 2 PM to 6 PM. Matt and Peter meeting at 10:30
AM. Look for a Sams Club/Cub Foods and dry ice place. Pop –
Need a big Tupperware thing for pop.
- Stardust Premiere –
24 hour advance notice for book movie members. Do a sign up
sheet. Go out to the MISFITS list first. Then open to the
rest of MISFITS. Two premieres. Go by timestamp on the
email. Give out tickets at ice cream social. Jodie will take
point on this and then continue it offline.
- Spy Night - Have
sign up sheet at ice cream social for spy night volunteer
interest.
Club Updates
- Geek Reads –
Officers granted Alicia $60.00 for picnic.
Other
- We should have a
volunteer acknowledgement program. Our own t-shirts. Our
own appreciation party
- Every other month have a
“Get involved with MISFITS meeting.” At coffee shop
or someplace similar. Next weekend after con, another one in
May, one before trivia contest.
